After 20 years in Atlanta we have helped hundreds of young ladies reach their dreams of playing at the collegiate level. We now have multiple instructors at 5 Metro-Atlanta locations offering pitching, hitting, defense, and catching instruction as well as strength and conditioning programs. Our mission is to build upon the God given potential of each individual, developing the skills needed to succeed on and off the field.
Coach Desalynn "Dez" Nesbitt Elite Softball Instructor | Pitching, Hitting & Defensive Specialist Available for Mobile Training & Select Facility Bookings (Atlanta Metro & West Georgia/East Alabama Regions) Coach Dez brings 15 years of deep athletic experience and an analytical, data-driven approach to player development. Having competed successfully at both the NJCAA and NCAA Division II collegiate levels (CVCC & Miles College), she transitioned into coaching with a mission to provide elite-level training to athletes of all backgrounds. As a certified independent instructor trusted by major training organizations—including Seventh Inning Softball and D-BAT Dacula—Coach Dez specializes in breaking down complex mechanics into actionable, personalized adjustments. Holding a degree in Computer Information Systems, she uniquely merges a tech-forward, structured mindset with modern biomechanics to analyze movement patterns, maximize efficiency, and prevent injury. Coach Dez believes that because no two players learn the exact same way, every training plan must be as unique as the athlete on the field. Dickey’s Dugout was created out of a simple but powerful need Haleigh saw over and over again: talented girls working hard, yet feeling stuck physcially or mentally — and parents wanting to help, but unsure how. Too many athletes train without true game application. Too many families juggle conflicting messages, short-term fixes, and “pressure” created by language. We wanted to build a place where development is intentional, progress is measurable, and athletes feel supported every step of the way. This is a place where girls are taught how to work, how to lead, and how to trust themselves — not just how to swing, throw, or catch. We work with athletes at all stages of their journey — from beginners building foundations to competitive players with college aspirations to the girls on the big screen home for break. We also work closely with parents, because development doesn’t stop at the facility doors. When families understand the process, athletes thrive. Whether your athlete is here for private lessons, memberships, or our specialized academies, they are met with the same standard: they matter, and their growth matters.
Coach Don McKinlay was the Senior Assistant Fastpitch Coach at Kennesaw State University for 14 years. He helped build Kennesaw into a national power and developed a reputation of being one of the top hitting instructors in the nation. He was a baseball letterwinner at Kennesaw State for two years before getting into the softball coaching profession. A member of the National Fastpitch Coaches Association, Coach Don McKinlay is a popular instructor at Cherokee Batting Range and participates in various camps and clinics across the nation.

Since 1993 Our Goal and Mission Premier Sport Services was founded in 2004 with the single goal of teaching and developing proper fundamentals to our student athletes. What originally started as a pitching facility, has expanded into all areas of the game of FastPitch softball. Our instructors are selected for their experience and knowledge of the game, and for their passion to instill that skill and knowledge in our students. Many of our Instructors have coached for 20+ years, Currently play at a high level and many have coached or played at the Division I level. With a talented pool of knowledge we are fully prepared to take your student athlete to the next level.
