I’m a former collegiate pitcher and full-time pitching instructor with 100+ pitchers trained, in person in the Atlanta area and remotely across the country. I’m Rapsodo certified and currently coach high school pitching as well. My athletes learn the why behind everything they do. I teach modern, arm-safe mechanics, and every girl gets a plan built for exactly where she is, whether she’s brand new to the circle or chasing the next level. Structured workouts between lessons mean her progress never depends on one hour a week. Getting started is easy: book a Rapsodo evaluation for real data on her pitches, or just send me a video of your pitcher and I’ll break down her mechanics with you on a free evaluation call, so you know exactly what she needs before you spend a dollar.
