Having competed successfully at both the NJCAA and NCAA Division II collegiate levels (CVCC & Miles College), she transitioned into coaching with a mission to provide elite-level training to athletes of all backgrounds. As a certified independent instructor trusted by major training organizations—including Seventh Inning Softball and D-BAT Dacula—Coach Dez specializes in breaking down complex mechanics into actionable, personalized adjustments. Holding a degree in Computer Information Systems, she uniquely merges a tech-forward, structured mindset with modern biomechanics to analyze movement patterns, maximize efficiency, and prevent injury. Coach Dez believes that because no two players learn the exact same way, every training plan must be as unique as the athlete on the field.
