Payton Ritter

Softball pitching instructor at Proformance Sports Academy in Little Rock, Arkansas. Grew up in Adrian, Missouri, starring at Adrian High School and competing in travel softball with the Blue Springs Lightning (16A) and Kansas City Originals (18A), earning four-time All-Conference and All-District honors plus an All-Region selection. Graduated with honors from the University of Missouri in 2022 before joining Proformance to help young athletes refine their pitching mechanics.
