NF Softball Performance

NF Softball was built on a simple truth: identity drives performance. I didn’t start this business from a place of comfort — I built it after my entire life got knocked sideways. I know what it feels like to lose direction, rebuild from nothing, and fight for a version of yourself you’re not sure you can become yet. That’s why NF Softball exists. I coach athletes the same way I rebuilt my own life: with high standards, honest feedback, and a belief that excellence is earned — never given. I’ve coached Division I softball. I’ve trained athletes across multiple sports, states, and countries. I’ve built an indoor training facility from the ground up. I’ve earned a master’s in Sport & Exercise Psychology and received the top academic award in my department while living overseas. I’ve flipped houses, changed careers, burned the boats, and rebuilt my identity more than once. And here’s what all of that taught me: You’re not stuck. You’re not fragile. You’re not made for average. You’re built for more — if you’re willing to do the work. At NF Softball, we don’t just fix mechanics. We develop the whole athlete — mentally, physically, and emotionally. We train identity, not ego. We train grit, not entitlement. We train habits, not hope. We train standards, not moods. Pressure doesn’t create a new athlete; it reveals the one you’ve been training to be. ​
