Karlie Charles

Iowa State University pitcher for five seasons in the Big 12 going 33-30 with a 3.39 ERA and 277 strikeouts in 440 innings. Three-time Academic All-Big 12 selection who led the conference and ranked 10th nationally in strikeout-to-walk ratio (7:1) in 2022. Grew up in the area playing club softball for Eugene Lightning before her Big 12 career. Served as graduate assistant coach at the University of Oregon and now teaches at Lydo's Lab — the Willamette Valley's premier softball training facility — bringing rare Big 12 pitching experience to Eugene athletes.
