I’m Coach Mac, and I specialize in training pitchers to develop power, control, confidence, and grit. As a former D1 pitcher with a decorated career, I bring firsthand experience, high-level insight, and a deep passion for helping athletes reach their full potential. I teach athletes not just how to pitch, but why, building their understanding, decision-making, and trust in themselves. Every lesson is customized to the athlete’s age, experience, and needs. Whether it’s building strength, gaining speed, improving command, or learning how to stay calm and focused under pressure, I meet them where they are. My goal isn’t just to develop pitchers. It’s to build confident young women who compete with heart, prepare with purpose, and lead with resilience.
