Since beginning coaching in 2012, my mission has been clear- create the most confident, well equipped ball players around. But that’s not all. I want to invest in such a way that every area of your life is marked. I want you to let this game transform your self image. Let it teach you how to be disciplined and how to believe in yourself. I want to challenge you to chase greatness in every area of your life. “How are your grades? How is your nutrition? Are you working out? Are you being a good teammate?” These are the questions I’m going to ask you and I’m going to hold you accountable. I want to create an environment you never want to leave… but when it’s time, I want you to leave better than when you got here.
