Dickey’s Dugout was created out of a simple but powerful need Haleigh saw over and over again: talented girls working hard, yet feeling stuck physcially or mentally — and parents wanting to help, but unsure how.

Too many athletes train without true game application. Too many families juggle conflicting messages, short-term fixes, and “pressure” created by language. We wanted to build a place where development is intentional, progress is measurable, and athletes feel supported every step of the way.

This is a place where girls are taught how to work, how to lead, and how to trust themselves — not just how to swing, throw, or catch.

We work with athletes at all stages of their journey — from beginners building foundations to competitive players with college aspirations to the girls on the big screen home for break.

We also work closely with parents, because development doesn’t stop at the facility doors. When families understand the process, athletes thrive.
